Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
